Monday we had a low key day and then headed to Cannon Beach at low tide, which was also sunset! We saw plenty of anemones...
And one sea star!
Tuesday we stopped by Tillamook for a self-guided tour and samples and lunch!
Then we headed to Yaquina Head to go to Cobble Beach
We also went by Cape Perpetua to see Thor's Well, but it was low tide, so not as impressive as seen at high tide.
We got to see another beautiful sunset as we drove Highway 101 down the coast
Thursday we headed to Crater Lake. They have less snow there right now than usually at this time of year. See that pole on the left? That's a marker so the snow plows know where to NOT plow... and it is just a tad taller than the motorhome. They get a lot of snow up there!!!
Because it wasn't sunny, we didn't get to see the vibrant blue of the lake water
We stopped by the Medford Oregon Temple that night, before we headed to our campground.
Friday we headed over toward Oregon Caves--but they are closed to tours November-April so the bats can have their habitat back. We did the Junior Ranger booklets and put this in our list to come back to, someday!
Saturday we made our way barely over the border into California
Today we attended the Tulelake Branch, Klamath Falls Oregon Stake
And one sea star!
Haystack Rock

The whole beach is covered in these cobblestones. It's pretty dang cool.
We also went by Cape Perpetua to see Thor's Well, but it was low tide, so not as impressive as seen at high tide.
At high tide it looks like the ocean is continually draining into this hole, low tide, you get the occasional spray of water coming up
